Adrian Mackey serves as the Maintenance Manager at Aer-Flo Environmental, where he leads his team in keeping production equipment running at peak performance while upholding the highest safety standards. With over 20 years of hands-on mechanical experience, Adrian oversees preventive maintenance, equipment repairs and upgrades, inventory control, and facility upkeep. He also plays a key role as Aer-Flo’s Safety Officer, coordinating training and promoting a culture of workplace safety.
Adrian’s passion for maintenance began in the military, where he served as an Aviation Support Equipment Technician. His career has since spanned a wide range of trades, including roles as an Automotive Maintenance Technician, Residential and Commercial Painter, Drywall and Window Installer, Lead Production Mechanic on 35′ yachts and sailboats, and Factory Maintenance Technician. This broad experience has equipped him with the expertise and adaptability to solve problems across many facets of facility and equipment maintenance.
Driven by a continuous desire to learn and grow, Adrian brings a strong foundation of knowledge and leadership that helps improve Aer-Flo every day.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys exploring Florida, fishing, learning new skills, and spending quality time with his family.
